FAQ'S

  • How do I see the doctor?
This is a telehealth visit. Upon booking, you will receive an email with a link to our video chat software. This link puts you in a virtual waiting room. The doctor will meet you on the day and time of your appointment via video chat. All you need is a smartphone or computer and a decent wifi connection!
  • How long does the process take to get my medical marijuana card recommendation?
The process of seeing the doctor is the same as a regular doctor visit. There can be a short wait in our virtual waiting room to see your physician, and the actual visit with the doctor depends on the number of questions you have for them. Visits typically take 10 minutes. Recommendations are emailed to you immediately after the physician has signed them.
  • What should I do if I'm on Zoom and haven't been connected to anyone?
If you're waiting on Zoom and haven't been connected to anyone, please ensure you've entered the correct meeting ID and that your internet connection is stable. If you've been waiting an extended period, please end the call and try rejoining the meeting. If the issue persists, text us at 405-413-5494 and request LJ, the manager, to follow up for assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
  • What should I do if I haven't received my recommendation within 24 hours?
We apologize for the delay in receiving your recommendation. Our team is committed to processing recommendations promptly, but occasionally, there may be delays due to high demand or technical issues. Please check your email spam folder, as sometimes the recommendation email might be redirected there. If you still haven't received it after 24 hours, call or text us at 405-413-5494 during business hours and ask for LJ, the manager, to call you back. We'll ensure your recommendation is sent to you as soon as possible. Your satisfaction and health are our top priorities.
  • When will I get my medical marijuana card from the state?
Once you put your application into the State of Oklahoma OMMA Department they have up to 15 business days to notify you of your status.
  • Is the OMMA fee included in your price?
No, our price only covers your virtual doctor visit to see if you qualify for the medical marijuana program. It does not cover the OMMA state application fee. We do offer on-the-phone assistance with the application process at no additional fee.
  • What happens if my application is rejected by OMMA?
If there is an issue with your application, we will work with you to find out what the issue is and assist in correcting it in whatever way we can. The most common issue is that OMMA rejects the photo submitted. This is why we recommend having a professional passport taken, using a passport photo app, or having someone take it for you. You can review OMMA guidelines on application rules here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLrCDSLwgJI
  • What documentation do I have to provide OM MA in my application?

TESTIMONIALS...

I LOVE this place and the employees make it such a great, easy experience. I went here 2yrs ago for my rec at their location. GREAT and this time around I did the virtual renewal this time and it was super easy and they helped me understand the process when I called about it. And sent emails with instructions as well. Super great place and an amazing staff!! I will continue to go here and recommend them!

The assistants greet you with a smile and are very friendly, time efficient, and helpful. They are most knowledgable in all that they do, from the consult, to taking care of any information needing to be input or uploaded. With Covid still around they are definitely sanitary, safe (masks and social distancing) and the office is immaculate. I would reccomend anyone to go there. 👍🏽👍🏽and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
