Herba Verde, LLC Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Herba Verde, LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy.

To reschedule an appointment, please contact us directly at least 24 hours in advance by calling or texting 405-413-5494 or emailing office@herbaverdeok.com.

 

If you miss your appointment and attempt to rebook through our system without contacting us first, you may be charged for an additional appointment. To avoid this, please contact us directly for manual rescheduling with no extra charges.

Please note the expiration date on your medical card for a seamless renewal process. We recommend initiating the renewal process at least 30 days before expiration to avoid a lapse in your card's validity.
